Find cleaning your honeycomb laser bed too tiring and annoying? No worries! Follow these four simple steps to make it easier.
Before you start, gather the following: a fully charged high-pressure water gun, a container large enough to fit the honeycomb bed, some cleaning agent, and the dirty honeycomb.
1. Remove the Laser Bed
For safety, turn off the laser botton and keep the main botton on.
Slowly lower the honeycomb to a suitable position based on its size and weight, using the lift and down buttons while monitoring the height of the platform and keeping it level. If any abnormalities occur, stop immediately and check the cause.
And then open the front pass-through door and remove honeycomb laser bed. Be cautious, as both the door and the honeycomb bed can be heavy!
2. Soak the Honeycomb Platform
Fill the container, with enough water to submerge the honeycomb. Add some cleaning agent and mix well. Let honeycomb laser bed soak for at least 40 minutes.
You can use a large container like an unused inflatable pool or baby bathtub, as large as it fits the honeycomb. To prevent sticky grease stains, cover the container with a disposable tarp before placing the honeycomb laser bed inside.
TIPs: For cleaning agents, consider using “Five Clean Powder” for rust and stain removal, as it’s affordable and effective. Found in the experiment: Five clean powder> Car wash essence> Cleaning lotion
What’s more, check the recommended cleaner in the video at the end of this guide.
3. Flush with a High-pressure Water Gun
After soaking, reuse the cleaning water to spray the honeycomb laser bed. Then, thoroughly flush each honeycomb hole with a high-pressure water gun using clean water.
The high-pressure water gun is a practical tool for washing cars and cleaning house exteriors, and many laser specialists have already used it to clean the honeycomb laser bed.
4. Dry the Honeycomb Laser Bed
Once the honeycomb is cleaned all over, place the laser bed in a well-ventilated area to dry. You can speed up the process with a blower, fast-drying helps with maintenance.
When the honeycomb laser bed is completely dry, it’s ready to be reinstalled in your laser machine.
